Server logs

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) to keep the site running and detect abuse.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, optionally company, budget, and your message) solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't share it with third parties, except our email delivery service (Hostinger Mail API), which we use to deliver your inquiry to our inbox.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and obtain your consent where required.

QRcard app

For our app QRcard, we collect anonymised usage data via PostHog to improve the app. No business-card content is transmitted to PostHog.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. Contact hello@hechenbros.com to exercise these rights.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS). Complete protection against unauthorised access cannot, however, be guaranteed.
