Data controller

Server logs

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) to keep the site running and detect abuse.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, optionally company, budget, and your message) solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't share it with third parties, except our email delivery service (Hostinger Mail API), which we use to deliver your inquiry to our inbox.

Cookies & analytics

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks whether you consent to analytics and marketing tools — these only become active after you consent, never before. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to analyse site usage, Hotjar to analyse user behaviour (e.g. mouse movement, clicks), and Google Ads to measure how well our ad campaigns perform, all loaded through Google Tag Manager. This may involve transferring data outside Switzerland or the EU; the providers have committed to appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Common Pulse app

Our metronome app collects no personal data. It has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking, and your settings are stored only on your device. To keep devices in time, the app asks public time servers for the current time (time.apple.com, or time.google.com and pool.ntp.org if it is unavailable). These requests contain no personal data, but like any internet connection the server operator sees your device's IP address. Between your iPhone and Apple Watch, the tempo and play state are exchanged directly through Apple's Watch Connectivity and never reach our servers.

Your rights

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS). Complete protection against unauthorised access cannot, however, be guaranteed.
